Tracking

Tracking

Stay informed on your cargo from booking through delivery. Enter your shipment reference below and our operations team will confirm the correct tracking channel—customer portal, airline, carrier, or courier—and share milestone updates for your movement.

Air & express

Use your Air Waybill (AWB) or courier tracking number for airport-to-airport and express consignments. We coordinate with IATA-aligned carriers and partners such as DHL and FedEx.

Ocean & surface

Bill of lading, container, or booking reference numbers apply for sea and road moves. Our team links your reference to linehaul, transshipment, and customs milestones where applicable.

NewAge job reference

If you received a NewAge Hongfa job or booking number from your account manager, enter it here for end-to-end visibility on door-to-door, contract, and warehousing-linked shipments.

Track your shipment

For shipment status and operational support, please reach out to your NewAge representative or our central desk. We will confirm the correct tracking channel (customer portal, airline, or carrier reference) for your movement.

Submit your reference and our operations desk will verify status and reply during business hours. For urgent moves, call us directly.

Where to find your reference

An 11-digit number on your air cargo documents, often starting with the airline prefix (e.g. 176, 125).

Bill of lading / container

On ocean or multimodal B/L copies and container release notes—use either the document number or container ID.

DHL, FedEx, and other express labels include a dedicated tracking number for door-to-door express lanes.
