Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate cargo descriptions, lawful contents, correct commercial invoices, export/import licences where required, and compliance with dangerous-goods, security, and customs regulations. You must ensure cargo is packed suitably for transport. Misdeclaration may result in holds, penalties, or refusal of carriage.
Our services
NewAge acts as a freight forwarder and logistics service provider. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we arrange transportation with third-party carriers and agents. We exercise reasonable care in selecting partners and coordinating movements but do not operate aircraft, vessels, or vehicles unless specifically stated.
Liability
Liability for loss or damage to cargo is governed by applicable conventions, laws, and the terms of the transport document (air waybill, bill of lading, or consignment note) issued for the shipment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited accordingly. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, delay caused by customs or carrier actions beyond our control, or force majeure events including weather, strikes, or regulatory changes.
Payment
